Sport psychology is not like mental health counseling in that it does not always take place in an office. A sport psychologist may work with you in the gym, on the sidelines, during practice, before & after competition, or whenever/wherever else an athlete may need help; including in their personal life.

The goal of sport psychology is to help athletes, in any sport, be their best selves and live their best life; ultimately, achieving optimal performance. Not only do we work with athletes; we work with parents and coaches as well to create a solid support system and effective team.

Through techniques such as visualization, guided imagery, hypnosis, anger management, and others, we can assist athletes with skills in mental toughness, leadership, goal-setting, and performance enhancement. We help with motivation, focus, injury rehabilitation, choking, performance slumps, and athletic vs. personal life balance too.

Comprehensive assessments begin at $350 and include a comprehensive interview, an observation session, formal assessments as required, and a treatment plan.

Walking with you on your journey of self-exploration, self-improvement, and self-fulfillment.
