Hypnosis has been given a bad rap - being presented as a magician making an audience member cluck like a chicken. That is a complete fabrication of what hypnosis really is.

You can hear everything being said to you while you are in trance. You cannot be made to do anything under hypnosis that you don't want to do or that goes against your character.

Targeted hypnosis focuses on behavior enhancement or behavior cessation (e.g., exercising more consistently or smoking cessation).

Hypnotherapy helps me to help you get past mental and emotional blocks or retrieve repressed memories that are stifling your therapy.
